Please help with test interpretation!! I'm desperate!

Thank you in advance for your help interpreting these results--
    FREE T-3--2.8/reference range=2.0-4.4
    FREE T-4--1.35/reference range=.82-1.77
    THS--.380/reference range=.450-4.50

I feel like I'm over the top hypo---I have gained 10 pounds in 2 weeks since my endo changed me from Armour Thyroid meds to Tirosint. I feel so swollen, super dry skin, thinning hair, exhaustion. I cannot continue like this. Please, any thoughts are welcomed.

I just received them today, and have not talked with my endo yet. Do you think that these numbers look hyper? I have been hypo for approximately 12 years, and I have always taken armour thyroid. This is a new endo that i'm going to and she really wants me to take something other than armour. She will not prescribe it. So i was willing to try the tirosint to see how I felt. Synthroid has always made me ferl horrible with terrible hedaches, so that was the reason she is trying me on tirosint. I'm hoping she will add some cytomel to my does because I've always seemed to have felt better when my t3 is at the higher end of range. Thank you so much for your advise. I really appreciate your time.

If you changed from Armour to Tirosint just two weeks ago, it's too soon to put any stock in labs yet. Better to see where they stand in another month.

Your FT3 is pretty low, maybe too low. That could get even lower without the T3 that Armour contains. You're nowhere near hyper. Don't worry about that lowish TSH; it's an effect of taking a T3 med.

Is this a new doctor to you? Bottom line is, you may be a person who simply feels better taking a natural med. If a doctor won't prescribe it, you might have to move on and find one who will.
