My TSH today was 2.59..normal range. T4F was low at .66 with normal range starting at .76. No T3F was checked. I take Armour 15mg. Diagnosed with Hashimotos and Sjogrens. Should I be concerned...how will my ENDO treat this or will she?

Your dose sounds awfully low. Usually when on a sufficient dose of natural thyroid hormone one's TSH is very low. FT4 may be on the lower side too but not below range.
