Cool Feeling much better, not eating soy.

I want to report that I am feeling so much better. One week with the cytomel and 3 grains Armour and my leg cramps at night are gone, my sore muscles are gone. I ran( slowly) 2 1/4 miles Sat and I am not sore. I also stopped all soy, and my stomach problems have also gone. I get up at @ 5Am and take the cytomel and the Armour and go back to bed until 6AM. It is a hassle, but I feel I need to do everything I can to get better. Still have mood swings and had a bout of crying Friday, but I feel better knowing I am getting better and balanced again.
My thyroid does not function so I am dependent on the replacement. I guess that is why I got so far down. I really do suspect the soy may have contributed to my problem.
I hope this helps some one else.

Soy is terrible for people. infants raised on soy formulas are almost guaranteed to have thyroid problems. it is proven!
