If you have the lab ranges you should post them. Every lab is different.

Sorry to hear about your difficulties with your doctor.

Please post the reference-ranges for your tests, they differ from lab to lab.

As for your TSH most people feel best when TSH is around 1. Last time I had a TSH of 2,66 I felt awful. Unfortunately many doctors think that a TSH that is just within the "normal range" is good enough despite lingering sympthomes.
Addition of T3 often clears the brainfog.

How to inform your doc is not easy, most docs seem to be rather stuck in their ways, even if you give them information from AACE and other serious places.
You will probably get advice about what type of docs are best when dealing with thyroid issues from other members of this forum, I'm living in Norway so I don't know these things. Sorry.

Your TSH is still a bit high, most people once on meds feel best when that TSH gets really low, but you really need to be watching the FREE levels for treatment not the TSH.

I'm assuming the T4 is free because it looks like a free not a total result, and assuming your lab has a range close to mine which most Free T4 ranges are close to the same, your T4 is above mid range but could be a little higher.
My thought is that your problem may be your Free T3, since your dr did not do one we don't know for sure, but generally when your T4 is above mid range and you still feel rather awful then the T3 tends to be the problem. FT3 is the active form you use on a cellular level so if its low you will not feel well.
Talk your dr into checking you Free T3.
