Thyroid results

Dear friends,

Got some of Trav's lab results over the phone today, so am not sure quite what everything is. One number that was off was his T3, but I'm not sure which type of T3 it was. It was 38, when their range was 24 - 35. I guess this would indicate hyper? Or could it also fit for Hashimoto's? Also of pertinence, especially because he has adrenal symptoms, was that his aldosterone was below 3, and it was supposed to be between 4 - 31. We may finally have some clues to help diagnose him. Oct. 12 we see the endo; doctor says he needs the ACTH stim test, and this is what I've been wishing they'd do for ages. So for today, we're celebrating. ~ Tracy
