    TSH 0,03 and still tired

I have been tired and fatigued for the last month now.
    I'm suffering from Hashimoto's.

These tests were taken a week ago:

    TSH 0,03 [0,4-4,4]
    FT4 21 [12-22]

Finally my FT4 changed and I have lost 2 kg's in 2-3 weeks without any effort. My bloodpressure went from 90/60 to 100/70, but I am VERY tired. I've had a shaky feeling but not felt really hyper. I had one night with a strong heartbeat and resting puls of 80, but that day I had a LOT of chocolate and sugar.
I upped my dosage the 19'th of October with 15 mg Armour and am now taking 75 mg Armour and 37,5 mcrgram Levaxin ( T4).

My doctor says that as long as my FT4 is within range I'm ok. I think I found myself a good doc

    So my question is this:
Should I stay on this dosage and wait for things to get better or should I reduce it?

I'm also incapable of getting out of bed early. I get dizzy and nauseous and feel horrible if I try. In the afternoon/evening I feel great. Is this maybe Adrenal issues? My morning cortisol is in the lower range of normal.
