Question post thyroidectomy & nutrition

are there any special diets or nutrition rules after total thyroidectomy? it's been a year since the operation, and i ain't feelin' too good most of the time, i am constantly loosing weight... Tried taking b complex vitamines... dunno what to do anymore

If you're losing weight, your meds might not be right although weight loss to a more "normal weight" is typical if you were Hypo for a long time before surgery. When's the last time you had a full thyroid test? What was done full thyroid or partial removal?

Your meds might need to be adjusted if you are now hyper. What are your symptoms?
