Help Please! Anyone have Graves and Hashi's????

May I ask how you KNOW you have both? I ask because I've been diagnosed with hashi by FNA, but have more Grave's-like symptoms, and a TSI at 119. I feel I'm on the verge of a Grave's diagnosis, but they don't consider anything when I point out a 119 TSI-apparently they'll only look at Grave's if my TSI goes over 130. Do you have lab values that support both?? If you do, my gosh, I guess they would treat it like a flat-out Grave's case, because there would be no way to treat the hashi with meds.
