Do you have to fast for TSH, T3 and T4 blood test?

Long story short, I got blood drawn for antibodies, TSH, T3 and T4 during a fast, and the nurse/tech (whoever) did not run the TSH, T3 or T4 test, so I had it redrawn yesterday at the drs, but I did not fast for this test (I didn't know it wasn't done the first time) and I didn't know they were going to redraw the blood.
If so, how will it effect the results?

No, I don't believe there's any need to fast for thyroid bloodwork.
