Question Life of T4 and T3??

would someone please refresh my memory on how long these are in your system? i know t3 is 'fast-acting' and is usually felt within a couple hours (?) after taking meds but are gone in 24 hours. is that correct? how long does t4 take to build up and also leave the system?

Cool Re: Life of T4 and T3??

really could be wrong here, b-u-t , ,

I thinking (<-dangerous!) T3 is in then OUT of the system in 4 hours

While synthetic T4 builds up in the system over time, making it possible to accidently skip a dose and not really feel it. And I'll guess that it would take 3-4 weeks or more for synthetic T4 to be most the way out of ones system.

Just my best guess
