Smile Thyrotoxic (Antibodies) Rupture & Leakage Into Blood?

I'm trying to find out what might cause a rise in both the Frees and also low TSH, when dosage of levothyroxine has been REDUCED for quite a while, 3 mo.

According to one of my search results about the Thyroglobulin antibody, there can be ruptures by which thyroid follicles are exposed to more hormone, and lost, process self-limiting, and the above numbers will be abnormal. There's no clue as to how long this lasts. Thyrotoxicosis?

The famous doctor who wrote the article says beta blockers such as propanalol are indicated to get you through this rather than zanax. I'm not familiar with either of those.

Can anyone translate this for us due to your own experience you may have had explained?

I left my lab report in the car and it's still dark out, so no personal numbers for now, just a generalized question for all of us possibly having the problem. My Lab reports haven't been making any sense until I found this possibility. TIA
