Normal results but feeling horrible

Hi I'm new here and not really sure what is going on with me. I have an enlarged thyroid but my test results came back as

TSH 0.72 (0.34-5.6)
Thyroid PO AB (anti-thyroid peroxidase antibody) <10 (0-35 KIU/L)
Thyroxine BG(thyroxine-binding globulin) 272 (260-575nmol/L)

I'm having a lot of symptoms: anxiety(varies throughout the day) slight depression, hair falling out, trouble falling asleep, weakness in my arms, feeling hot, headaches, tired. Some days I feel like I'm having such a hard time functioning.
I'm reading a lot about T3 and T4. Would it be necessary to have these tested as well?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
