    Vitamin Absorption/Levoxyl - Reminder Please!

    Hi all

I'm drawing a blank on what vitamins to avoid taking within 4 hours of Levoxyl. I did a search on the board and can't find this information though I know we've all talked about it before.

I'm taking multivitamins now, Vit D, and Iron. Which ones should I avoid taking within 4 hours of my Levoxyl? The only one I can remember that falls into that category is Calcium.

    THanks!

Keep the iron away for at least 4 hours too. The others are not such an issue to my knowledge - if you take them like 2 hours apart that is probably ok.
