    Is the Levothyroxin ok?

I have switched manufacturers more than a few times over the last
10 years because the brand will be discontinued.. I am Hypothyroid
after taking a radiation pill for having a way over active thyroid
    and having a Thyroid storm..

    How is Levothyroxin holding up?

    And also

Can anyone recommend other things to take along with the
thyroid medication (levothyroxin) that makes you feel a bit better?

I have heard of armour thyroid?

All that switching around takes a toll on the body. There are real differences in each generic levoT that can make each one work differently within your body. You'd be better off with a name brand that will provide consistency in the amount of hormone you get on a day-to-day basis. Once you find one that agrees well with you, stick to it no matter what.

Armour is the name brand of a natural, dessicated thyroid product which contains both T4 and T3. Many people need T3 which levoT does not provide. You must have your free T3 level taken to see whether you're one of them.
