what are symptoms of multinodular goiter

I do have a multinodular goiter. I have normal T3 and T4 but my TSH goes from low to normal. My doctor says that they are too small to further investigate. But my symtpoms are getting worse. My throat feels tight, difficulities in swallowing at times. I choke on my food at times. I have a dry couch (that gets really annoying). At times it is painful!! Should there my a ultrasound FNA be done?

If fast growing solid nodule will appear at ultrasound, surgery may be required due to posible compression symptoms. Low to normal TSH make probability of malignancy low.
