    what is the meanig

How do you interpret the condition of a person when T3 & T4 are in normal range, but the TSH level is @ 14.87? What is free T3 & T4 test?

A TSH that high means Hypothyroidism. TSH is the pituitary hormone that regulates thyroid's function. Free T tests measure the actual function of the thyroid. One may be HypoT with Free Ts "within ranges" - bottom of the range is very rarely enough for one's needs.
