    I don't know, but I'd sure love to know because while my Free T4 has risen from just below normal to mid-range on Synthroid (75 mcg at the time), my T3 hasn't budged. It's still low. I've asked my endo about adding some T3, but she doesn't want to do that. She feels since I felt hyper on 75 mcg of Synthroid - it's since been lowered to 50 mcg - that I might feel too hyper on Armour or Cytomel. I have a really high TSH (43) and while I'm glad that my Free T4 went up, I'd really like to see my T3 go up some. I'm concerned that I'm not converting T4 into T3 like I should be.
