How long does Vit. D3 stay in your system if you're hypo?

I'm asking because I accidentally bought Vit. D3 that contained both fish oil and soybean oil (I was obviously so tired at the store I didn't look). I've only been taking it about a week or so, but I've been really tired and dizzy lately. I didn't know if this was the cause or just my thyroid levels being too low. I've stopped taking it, but wondered how long it would stay in my system. I'm assuming not as long as normal people since hypo's don't absorb vitamins as well. The dose was 1000ui.
