Good Thyroid Doctor in Portland, OR area?

I am wondering if anyone out there has a good doctor that I can see for possible thyroid issues?

My TSH is in the normal range 1.91 (0.34-5.60 uIU/ml) but my Free T3 and Free T4 are low:

Free T3 2.84 (2.4-4.2 pg/mL)
Free T4 0.78 (0.56-1.64 ng/dL)

I also have low testosterone: Total T 254 (250-1100 ng/dL)

All of these are in "normal" ranges, but I have all the symptoms of fatigue, brain fog, easy to gain weight and hard to lose it (will gain 30 lbs in year if I don't work out hard 5 days/wk) and depression. Low body temp, cold hands/feet. Cannot stand temps too low or too hot, etc.

I feel that the depression comes as a symptom of something else. My doc feels that depression is causing everything else. I have taken different anti-depressants and they either have too many side effects or they simply don't work.

I wouldn't mind finding a doctor close that will do the TRH stimulation test. I can't afford to go all the way out to New York.
