throid level

I have a tsh level of 0.03 and a t4 level of 1.5 my medication is 1.0. I am having trouble with hair loss breaking, should my medication change to .75

Do you have any other labs besides the T4? A free T3 and free T4 will give you a much better idea of your actual thyroid hormone levels. The TSH is not a useful test at all for monitoring your treatment and many have a very suppressed level when they are optimized.

Is hair loss your only symptom? It can also be caused by being hypo or low levels of ferritin. Do you have any other hyper symptoms like shakyness, diarrhea, tremor, high heartrate?

See about getting some labs done like free T3, free T4 and ferritin. Also a vitamin D and B12 level can be helpful.
