    Can new meds affect mentrual cycle?
    I started Cytomel last month around the end of my last period and this month I started on time but then my period stopped after a day. Quite sure I am not pregnant, so is my period being affected by the new medication? Is it normal for Cytomel to change a menstrual cycle?

    Thyroid imbalances can affect menstrual cycles. Have you had any recent labs since starting on the cytomel? Any other symptoms? Are you on T4 too?

    No meds for my T4, it hasn't even been checked yet. My GP is treating me and I still need to see an Endo. I'm going for a lab check in 2 wks.
