TSH is 0.150 - what does that mean?

Long story short - had my first baby 11/08 and diagnosed with postpartum thyroiditis in 06/09. I'm hypo. I've been on Levoxyl since then and everything has been fine. I had another baby in 12/10 and was closely monitored and everything was great. I last saw my endocrinologist back in January of this year and everything was great. I'm scheduled to see him tomorrow so I went in for my blood work today and I checked my results online and my TSH is 0.150. It's bolded and in red. Looking back at my previous results, I've always averaged a TSH of 1-2. What does the 0.150 mean? Is that hyper? And how did it even get that low? I will admit that having 2 kids has kept me busy and I haven't been so great at taking my Levoxyl everyday (shame on me, I know ) but I've made it a priority again to take it first thing everyday and have for the past couple weeks. If anything, I would've expected it to be a high number since I've been hypo. Thoughts??

After pregnancy those hormones can be a bit all over the place - you just need to adjust your dose accordingly, it may be just a temporary thing. TSH of 0.15 doesn't automatically mean you're HyperT - if you feel fine you can keep an eye on this and decrease the dose a bit if hyperT symptoms occur (low TSH is not a reason to cut the dose in itself). Also keep an eye on your FreeTs that give you a better indication of what's really going on.
