Unhappy How's this for a report?? Hashi's/Hyper

Hi Everyone

Just got back from my ultrasound as I was starting to feel uncomfortable in my neck and throat. As I have said in the past I have always had a lot of Hyper symptoms - shocking over the last weeK. Well be glad you are on your hormones because this is what they do in AU until it crashes and I now have nearly NO MORE thryoid tissue left? I am a little angry because had they started medicating 2.5 years ago..........Who know's now??
Both Lobes of the thyroid demonstrate slight enlargement from Sept 2011.
The right lobe now measure 4.1x1.7x1.8 cm volume 6.8ml cf 5.6ml previous
The left lobe measure 5.0 x 2.7 x 2.2 cm volumen 15.8ml cf 13.7ml previous
The right lobe diffuse hypoechoic change is seen and vascularity is borderline, with a vascular index of 21%.4% The has decreased from 47% from Sept 2011 at which time Graves disease was queried (BUT NEVER MENTIONED ON THE REPORT) on the basis of the songraphic appearance on this right side.
On the left two well defined solid relatively hypoechoic lessions are seen towards the pole one medially measureing 1.5 x 1.0 x 1.0cm and one laterally measuring 2.1 x 2.5 x 1.9 cm.
A slightly more superior partly cystic, partly solid nodule is seen measuring 6.8mm
The isthmus measures 5.9mm.

CONCLUSION:
Multinodular goitre with possible quiescent Graves on right side and increase in size of goitre overall and left nodules?

Welcome to my world - the hyper symptoms were so bad yesterday after the ultrasound how anyone chooses to take illegal drugs to make them feel like that is beyond my comprehension. we all must smile in the face of adversity - now I wait? Any thoughts out there: PS> the big Nodule has been all cleared through 2 FNA and biopsied OK.
