In need of some longtimers help, confusing situation

Hello everyone! I was here last year when I experienced a major crash. 6mths outta work, 7 drs & $26K in testing the only thing they came up with was my thyroid was low but not low enough to treat but mainly repeatedly heard you're just depressed & need to exercise more. Ok whatever! Anyways after a lot of my own research I really felt it stemmed from my adrenals & was sucking my thyroid dry. At my sickest my thyroid, adrenal & ovaries were all failing bloodwork. I finally got a new OB who kinda got it & started me on hormone therapy for the ovarian failure. Low & behold 3mths later I was feeling much better & could actually function normally!! Yay! Well until now I had my TSH run 6wks ago & it came back at 1.45. I was feeling pretty good at this time, hormonal from those meds but otherwise pretty good. 2wks later my RE (trying to conceive 3yrs now) ran it again. After she ran it I started to feel a lil hypo, sleeping 10-12hrs/day & still exhausted, no energy & felt emotionally drained like a zombie. I really couldn't tell if it was thyroid or hormones. Had our follow up appt last weds & then I knew (2wks post testing)! TSH at 2.85, my pattern was close to 3 I start feeling bad. Well now the last couple days I've been feeling pretty anxious for no apparent reason. Today I woke up feeling fine, a lil hyper but overall fine. By 3pm I was in a full blown panick attack. Sweating (it was 45 today), shaking, hyperventilating the whole 9 yards. Like a mini storm or something. Been crying, dizzy spells & hot flashes all night since. I was reading a book after lunch so nothing to bring on such a thing. I'm just trying to understand this. When I was really sick last year I had about 6wks of hyper symptoms & then onto months of hypo symptoms. I've displayed hypo symptoms for prolly 10+ yrs before. But I went from one extreme to the other. Now I started hypo for a short time, now feeling hyper. I had the uptake scan that came back normal, appearence & feel is normal just wacky #'s. Just curious if anyone knows what possibly could cause you to go from one to the other in a matter of weeks? I have not been on any thyroid meds in years cuz they didn't think I was bad enough to treat last year. I feel like the hormones helped mask the issue for awhile but now the underlining issue is bubbling back up. But my thyroid isn't wack all the time like its diseased. It's like it comes & goes. Is this like subclinical off & on before it just gives out? Or could this be primary adrenals dipping off & on draining the thyroid? But if subclinical how does it go from 1 to the other? Pituitary problem? Idk I'm just trying to understand how that happens & how to fix it. Any help appreciated!!
