Unhappy high tpo#

hello my post is about my tpo #. i got tested for tsh.t4.t3 and tpo. the 3 were in range ,but not the tpo 156(0-34). just wandering if i should be on anything besides the levothyroxin that i been on for 2 years. my doc said i don't need anything else. thanks tom.

Your high TPO is just an indication of the reason why you're hypothyroid. There isn't much you can do about these antibodies, and the treatment for the resulting hypoT is the same as it is for hypoT due to any other cause.
I'm surprised your doctor ran the test this long after diagnosis, actually.
