I've got Hashimotos - are these new symptoms hashimotos?

I've been diagnosed with Hashimotos for over 5 years. I'm on t-4 and its relieved my symptoms greatly. I recently tried supplementing t-4 with t-3 to see if it relieved a couple unresolved issue and it did not. As a result I'm back on the full dose of t-4. I have had odd symptoms for months, maybe years...but I think they are getting progressively worse as I am recently more aware of when they occur. I'm not sure if they are part of my Hashimotos or something different. If they are part of my Hashimotos then I'm not sure how to treat it because I think I'm on the best dose of t-4 I can be on...and t-3 didnt work for me. The unresolved symptoms I'm having are -

arm/hand motions are not fluid - jerky in nature
    neck/spinal area jerking movements (twitches)
    internal feeling of trembling
seeing stars..100's of them (weird I know)
    random body twitches
numbness/buzzing in random parts of my body...today it was my head and above an eye
temperature ranges from 97.3 to 99.8 on a daily basis

I've been keeping a journal of symptoms in an attempt to help me and the doctor figure something out. I havent really brought it to the attention of my doctor yet..I just hope there is something they can do

anyone have any clue if this might be hashimotos too and if it is...what kind of remedy is there? Thank you !!!!

Hashimoto's doesn't cause symptoms different than hypothyroid ones.
Your set of symptoms sounds neurological in nature. I'd run it by your GP and ask if a neurological consult is a reasonable next step.

(I don't think your temp range would be considered abnormal.)

Re: I've got Hashimotos - r these new symptoms hashimotos?

Even on the lowest dose of t3, I split it in two and took one in morning and one at night (after taking full pill didnt work) and I got bad headaches, fatigue and achiness. This was after reducing my t-4 to compensate for the added t-3. I tried it for a couple weeks and just made me feel ucky. thanks for the reply
