Increase in cytomel and free t3 and t4 went down

I need some help! I started on synthroid (50) and was increased to 75. My frees stayed low although in range so my doctor added 5 mcg of cytomel. No improvement and my frees dropped more. He increased to 10 and again frees dropped (free t3 is 1.5 range is 230-440. Free t4 is .7 range is .8-18). Again, he increased cytomel to 15 mcg. I am now on 15 of cytomel (5mcg 3x a day) and 75 o synthroid. I haven't gotten results yet on that dose but I feel horrible- exhausted, gaining weight, sleeping a lot, very depressed. So my guess is my labs didn't improve. Has anyone else seen this happen? I'm also having a really hard time exercising. I run a lot and lately I get so tired even going for a very easy run. My legs are very heavy and I get out of breath very quickly.
I've also had no appetite. I experience no hunger at all.

Can anyone help? Why isn't cytomel working?

Was your free T3 150? Not sure what that is but it looks like your still undermedicated (without even knowing your FT3) and I would think you need a T4 bump. All your symptoms are things I experience when I am hypo.

Also wanted to add that I have had raises in meds that resulted in Free's dropping. It's not typical but i think sometimes our thyroid is just dying off quicker than our meds are increased.
