    my tsh level is .970

Even though my tsh level is .970, I'm still having symptoms of hyperthyroid my doctor says my level is normal. I'm confused can someone help me? The doctor I went to see about my results referred me to an ear nose and throat specialist and he stated that I have hyperthyroids and told me to get an appointment with my PC and when I did she wouldn't see me because she said my labs was normal according to my tsh levels.

You should have your freeTs (FT4 and FT3) tested too to get a better picture. Your TSH looks pretty normal but there are people that already have hyperT symptoms with that type of TSH and freeTs within range. The problem is that you're not likely to get treatment for hyperT if your levels are still within range. Betablockers could help ease your symptoms a bit. Also ask to have thyroid stimulating (TSI) and thyroid suppressing (TPO and Tg Ab) checked to help to get to the bottom of this.
