Question Lab Tests Help Please

I awoke to a hearbeat of 140 at night. I rushed to the emergency room for them to find out that my potassium was low and the reason for the tachycardia. They fixed that with potassium suppliments. They also found thyroid irregularities:

My TSH Ultra Sensitive 3rd Gen was 1.93
T4 Free was 22.30.

They immediately diagnosed me with Hyperthyroid and put me on Imdur 10mg. That med made me feel horrible. I went to a endo which had me redo the tests. This was 2 weeks later.

sTSH 3rd gen was 1.170
Total T4 was 23.0
Thyroglobulin Antibody was <20
Anti-TPO was 62

He could not give me a reason why the T4 was so high. This is so frusterating!
I weaned myself off Imdur.

It is 2 years later and no more episodes of tachycardia.
Can anyone help me with these numbers? Has anyone experienced these similar tests? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
