x-post from Endocrine Disorders Board - please tell me what you think about my labs

I got the following results recently - these were re-tests to confirm the findings a month prior:

    PTH, Intact: 11.6 (14-72 pg/mL)
    Calcium: 10.3 (8.6-10.4 mg/dL)
    Calcium, Ionized: 5.6 (4.5-5.3 mg/dL)
    250H, Vitamin D: 33.5 (32-100 ng/mL)
    Ferritin: 39 (10-291 ng/mL)
    Thyroxine Bind. Glob: 21.5 (13.5-30.9 mcg/mL)
    FT4: .99 (.83-1.62 ng/DL)
    T3, Total: 132 (80-200 ng/dl)
    T4: 7.9 (4.5-12 ug/DL)
    T3U: 29.2 (24.3-39%)
    TSH: 1.26 (.27-4.2 uIO/mL)
    FT3: 3.1 (2.5-4.3 pg/mL)
    Anti-TPO: <10 (<35 IU/mL)
    Free T4 Index: 2.3 (1.5-3.8)

Any thoughts welcome. I'm confused by the low PTH/high Calcium although I know it's not so far out of whack. I have all of the typical hypothyroid symptoms. Thanks!
