    Wilsons Tempurature Cytromel Dosage

    Hi all,
My Dr. is not one who treats Wilson's but after attempts with Amour and Synathroid with no results I convinced her into treating me with T3 only. My temperature averages 97.1 and I have low blood pressure. I've also had an extremely stressful 2 years. I'm on 5mcg of Cytromel and I have lots of energy. Unfortunately my biggest complaint is water retention. My feet and hand constantly hurt and I will gain 4 to 5 pounds in a week. I would love to lose this water weight. Any suggestions on how to use it? What is the typical Cytromel dose and how do others take it? When should I ask for a dosage increase? How long til I see results?

I'm starting the Beachbody 21 day fix next week and I will be sad if I don't see any results. Every other diet and exercise program has left me with no weight loss not even water. Does anybody know why I retain so much water?
