Burning in my head & ears

Iíve had these symptoms forever & I donít know what to do anymore. My ears & head just start to get this burning sensation & I just donít feel right. I donít know what to do anymore about it. I also still have to spit up green looking phlegm/mucus everyday. What am I supposed to do to get better at this point? I feel like itís affecting a nerve in my body & just causes a burning sensation in my head & ears & like my nervous system is affected by it.

Re: Burning in my head & ears

Can someone help me? What could it possibly be for me to have these symptoms?

    My symptoms:

    Burning in head & ears

    Headaches

Feeling like a muscle or joint is weak on my right side in front of my ear. I can hear like a weird sound like a ball is moving or something & sometimes it pops out of place than I start to hear clicking sounds

Feeling like Iím in a brain fog like my nerves arenít right.

Green phlegm coming up from throat at random times. Ever since this issue started years ago Iíve had this weird green phlegm symptom.

    Occasional ear pain

Iíve had an MRI & Xray done of my TMJ & they came back normal. Had a CT Scan of my face done & it was normal. Also had a brain MRI done & that was normal too. Iím just at a loss as in what to do at this point. Iíve been to probably over 20 doctors about this & they all either think itís in my head & think Iím crazy or just say they canít find anything wrong.
