Me, personally, I suffered with 35 of the above mentioned symptoms!!
But, thanks to a wonderful TMJ Dentist who really knew what he was doing, I'm 95% "normal" again ... whatever that is!!

    Hi Cymy Sue:
I posted this list to the other question that was asked regarding symptoms. I hope that was ok.

Thanks for listing these symptoms! It is very helpful as my husband and I both are suffering from TMJ. Neither one of us has seen a TMJ dentist and was wondering if you would mind telling us what he did to help you.

I have also been suffering with BPPV vertigo (which is under control) but now have had imbalance for four months. I have so many of these symptoms that I have assumed came from the imbalance but maybe the TMJ aggravates my condition, because I noticed the TMJ coming on before the actual vertigo I first experienced 4 months ago. My "bite" just wasn't right and it would just bug me, even tho' I wasn't experiencing any actual pain at that time. Now I have ALOT of these symptoms! I feel like I have ongoing sinus fullness and pain. Is that what you felt?

Anyway, we are really interested to hear what a TMJ dentist did for you. I have been to a ENT, ENT-neurotologist and am going to see a neuro-optimologist soon, maybe we both need to consider a TMJ dentist.

    Thanks for your information!

Can the pain of your jaw bone go to your back? Wow! That is a lot of symtoms. I was thinking that I might have this because I am clicking and popping when I eat. Sometimes when I don't too. I know that I clench my teeth when I sleep because they hurt like hell when I wake up. Other times the pain is just kinda dull and I don't need an advil. I have an appt with the oral surgeon on the 19. It is a follow up. Do you think I should ask her about it? Thanks

Is the Kinney-Funt a good reliable source for the TMJD symptoms?
