Veins on penis head

Olivee Newbie (male) Join Date: Apr 2011 Location: Europe Posts: 1	Veins on penis head I first noticed this vein in the morning when I had an erection. After the erection was gone so was the vein. It started to appear more and more frequently. Now its there even when I dont have an erection but when I do bigger part of the vein pops up. Whats causing this vein to pop on the surface like this? How do I make it disappear?
