Don't freak out about it. I've had the same thing for over 2 years now, minute traces of blood in my urine but everything else is fine. If you drink coffee (decaf or regular), stop or severly limit it. Drink Cranberry Juice and plenty of water. If you are like me I did not drink enough water.
I even went out and bought Cranberry Juice pills (1680 mg) in Walgreens and now I drink at least a quart of water a day, sometimes more. Something is irritaing you bladder or urethra. Change your diet (liquid and solid), abstain or limite any spicy foods, eliminate completely the caffeine and drink gallons of water... There is a urine test that they can send out to check for cancer cells, my came back fine. It seems that I'm just not hydrating myself correctly...
