Blood in Urine, Not UTI, Ultrasound normal, cystoscopy good

I have had blood in my urine for about 5 months. No UTI was detected. I've been on antibiotics, they haven't worked. My ultrasound came back completely normal (no stones, masses, cysts) kidneys and bladder. Cystoscopy looked great. I'm wondering what the next step is, if the CT scan can really show more than the Ultrasound and what in the world might still be wrong with me.

Don't freak out about it. I've had the same thing for over 2 years now, minute traces of blood in my urine but everything else is fine. If you drink coffee (decaf or regular), stop or severly limit it. Drink Cranberry Juice and plenty of water. If you are like me I did not drink enough water.
I even went out and bought Cranberry Juice pills (1680 mg) in Walgreens and now I drink at least a quart of water a day, sometimes more. Something is irritaing you bladder or urethra. Change your diet (liquid and solid), abstain or limite any spicy foods, eliminate completely the caffeine and drink gallons of water... There is a urine test that they can send out to check for cancer cells, my came back fine. It seems that I'm just not hydrating myself correctly...
