positive wbc in urinalysis twice but not UTI?

Hello, I've been to two different specialists. One is my gynecologist that I recently began seeing who did a routine urinalysis and a sonogram as well. The sonogram showed a cyst on my right ovary and I also had wbc's in my urine. When the doctor finally called me with my results I was surprised that she said I didn't have a uti since I have the symptoms of pressure, painful lower abdomen, and really bad lower-back pain as well as nausea everyday with chronic migraines. All she said was to come back in a few months for a followup sonogram. My immunologist gave me a urinalysis as well which also showed wbc in my urine. This is now a month later with my symptoms seeming to worsen. At first the symptoms were intermittent and were painful but, at least I got a break in between. Now over the past few weeks the symptoms are alot worse and I'm so bloated with really bad pain in my abdomen and the lower back pain really getting bad. I find it hard to sleep cause, I wake up with night sweats and pain in my back and abdomen alog with the strong urge to urinate. All day long these symptoms are accompanied with bad nausea and bad headaches. I'm not sure all the symptoms are related I just felt like I should say everything I'm feeling now as to not leave anything out. I'm supposed to go for another urinalysis again this week but, I'm just confused as to what this could be. It doesn't burn when I urinate it's more like a pain in my abdomen but, if it were a UTI wouldn't it have gone to my kidneys after months of this? Any info would be greatly appreciated thanks!

did you ever find out what it was?

Ive had intense pain/pressure/bloating and the urge to urinate for months now. Been off and on antibios for UTIs yet all the cultures are coming back neg for UTI but positive for WBCs. Had a transvaginal ultrasound at gyno and normal. Saw a urologist and am having a cystocopy on Thursday. Just so expensive and I would love to have insight from another person who seems so be going through something similar. I'm beginning to think my doctors think I'm making it up.

    Hope you are feeling better.

Have either of you been tested for IC? Some doctors think its bolongi but others believe its a real disease. Basically the lining of your bladder breaks down in spots and soda, tomato products and a ton of other foods and drinks irritate the bladder and cause UTI symptoms without an infection. Its quite painful and feels just like a UTI. Treatment is either change in diet or Emoril?? (spelt wrong)
