Question Frequent Urination for 6 years!

Hello I'm an 18 year old male. Since I was 12 years old I have had frequent urination. I go about every hour. When I drink a lot of water I'll have to urinate every 15 minutes. I know Prostate Cancer is rare in people under 40 but I have more Prostate Cancer symptoms then anything else. I know r Prostatitis is more common then Prostate Cancer in people my age but the thing is I have no pelvic or any other associated pain. When I was 12 and for the longest time my only symptom was frequent urination. The urine amount is always the same even when I wake up in the morning after a full night sleep. The volume is a decent amount but not enough to where I should be urinating all the time. I have had 4 or 5 Urine Cultures, Kidney Ultrasound, and blood test. No infection or blood were found, Urologist said my Kidneys looked good and my blood tests came back good (no diabetes or stuff like that). I have had high blood pressure recently but I have no idea what that would mean concerning my urination problem. The urologist prescribed me VESIcare and told me to come back in six weeks. I'm sorry for the long post. I'm at my wits end and am fearing a deadly problem is going on. To put my symptoms on the table. One last thing I NEVER wake up at night to urinate! I can sleep 10 hours straight (of course slight wake ups to get more comfortable).

My symptoms are:
-Frequent Urination (about every hour)
-Hesitancy in starting flow
-Weak stream
-Bladder does not feel completely emptied (urine seems to just cut off)
-Erectile Dysfunction
-No morning erection or during the day

The only time I get erections are when I'm with my girlfriend and even then they are not fully hard as in I can still bend my penis. Porn and masturbation really do nothing for me. Any responses will be HIGHLY appreciated. Thanks in advance! Take care.

Re: Frequent Urination for 6 years!

Get your testosterone and estrogen E2 tested. You did not mention it, but if you have puffie nipples your E2 levels may be very high & your Testosterone levels very low. Search Klinefelters Mosaic.
Your "T" should be in the upper 1/4 of its range & the E2 should be in the middle of its range.

Re: Frequent Urination for 6 years!

Your problem sounds sychological, being that you can go through the night with out urinating. I have a simular problem, though I'm In my early 50's. I am healthy, very healthy and look 10 years younger than I really am, but I have to run to the restroom about every 2hr. at night. My prostate is fine. No infections. I think my case is a nervous bladder. I've read where the problem could be very narrow arteries which limits the flow of urine. My doctor prescribed for me to use FlowMax. It helps, but because of the price I don't use it to often. Anyway, could you just have a nervous bladder, or narrow veins/arteries? Only a doctor could say. As for the erection problem, it sounds like you have low testosterone levels.
