timeframe for infant immunizations

Does the law in texas require immediate immunizations for infants? CPS claims neglectful supervision for my 4 month old who is 2 months behind because of his dr's scheduling. thanks for your help.

Absolutely NOT! In fact, you can forego ALL immunizations by filling out paperwork with the TX Dept of Health. By doing that, you can vaccinate on YOUR schedule---or not at all.
