I am short some nutrients and need some help.

Sodium RDA (19%)
Fluoride RDA (2%)
Chlorine RDA (0%)
Choline RDA (20%)

Is Choline the same as chloride?

Is taking Potassium Chloride (Low-Salt) supplying both potassium and chloride nutrients?

Is taking Potassium Chloride (Low-Salt) and Sodium (Table salt) supplying Sodium, Potassium and Chloride?
How much would of Table Salt and Low Salt would provide 1g of each nutrient?
Would I be taking too much salt in total?

Do I need Fluoride, and how can I get it?

Do I need Chlorine, and how do I get it?
