    Post Xenadrine and Allegra - Csn I take both???
    I am just starting to take Xenadrine for weight loss and I take Allegra for allergies. On the back of the Xenadrine bottle, it says to consult your doctor before taking Xenadrine if you take allergy medicine. I'm afraid if I take both it will mess w/ my heart (I have no heart problems). Is it safe to take both or what? Someone please write back!

    Check with your doctor or pharmacist before combining Xenadrine and Allegra. Ephedra, which is the main active ingredient in Xenadrine, can have bad reactions with many medications, especially with other stimulants (most allergy meds have a stimulant effect as well). You're defintely best off to check with a medical professional on this one...
