Post Do vitamins cause weird dreams/One gross question

Hey all, I have two questions for you.

    1. Have you noticed a difference in your dreams when taking vitamins? I started taking Women's One a Day
multivitamin 2 weeks ago and since then I've been having weird dreams. Well, I normally have weird dreams, but lately they've been really messed up. And on days when I haven't taken the vitamin (only once) I didn't have a weird dream. Anyone ever have this happen?

    2. Kinda GROSS. But it a human function so I thought I would ask. Also ever since taken the multivitamin, I've noticed that my feces has become darker in color. It's also a little more sticky than usual. I'm sorry to be gross, but I'm wondering if this is also due to the vitamin. I'm 21 and a college student who trys to eat right, but you know that college food.

The vitamin has a lot of different things in it so I won't list here. But I was just wondering. Thank you for your help.

Try taking your vitamins in the morning if you aren;t alread. The only time that effected me was when I was taking my vitamins at night.

Also, stool darkening and urine becoming a darker color is normal.

Also, you may want to go to the Health Food Store and buy multi-vitamins that they sell there. The over-the-counter drug store vitamins contain a lot of synthetic and synthetic herbal ingredients.

Try Schiff Multi Vitamin Capsules. They work well for me and do not contain any herbal ingredients that may effect the way you feel. Just straight up vitamins.

Fiaxx...just so you know, One a Day are basically a rip-off. They are a chemically enhanced pill that has little or no value at all. Check the recommended intake of vitamins for a day and you will find that these 'multies' have so little of what you actually need that they are useless. Your best bet is to see a nutritionalist who will tell you flat out what your diet is lacking. From this information, you can then go to a health food store and buy what you need and that will give you what your body is lacking.
