Question What vitamins/minerals am I lacking? Any advice?

Hi all! Wow...just found this board on healthboards. I've posted over on the Cholesterol board a few times, but now I have a question that is probably best asked here.

I have very high cholesterol, high triglycerides too. I have recently quit taking statin drugs (with doctors ok) after being on them for a few years. I had been having incredible muscle pains with the statins. Now I'm trying to lower my cholesterol naturally with supplements and vitamins.

My question is: Do I have to take a multivitamin/mineral supplement as well as all of these items that I'm taking? I know I wouldn't need a super strong one-a-day, but can any of you experts see that I'm missing something here? Or is this 20 something pills per day enough???? http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/dizzy.gif
Or is taking anymore pills a no-no???

Here is what I've just recently started taking everyday:

3000 mg Omega 3 Fish Oil capsules (Carlson's Labs brand)
    70 mg of Tocotrienols
Metamucil 3x per day (may go down to 2x day)
    400 IU of Vitamin E (D-Alpha-Tocopheryl)

20 mg of Polincosanol that comes in sort of complex formula called Polincosanol Cholesterol Complex made by Source Naturals. The rest of the stuff in that pill is:
Vitamin C (As Ascorbic Acid) 600 Mg
    Vitamin E (As Natural D-Alpha-Tocopheryl) 200 IU
Niacin (As Inositol Hexanicotinate) 500 Mg
    Iodine (From Kelp) 150 Mcg
    Chromium(As Chromium Picolinate And Chromemate100Mcg
    Phytosterol Complex 40% Yielding 300 Mg Beta-Sitosterol 750 Mg
Inositol (As Inositol Hexanicotinate) 640 Mg
Garlic Powder Extract (Standardized To 8,000 Ppm Allicin) 600 Mg
Turmeric Extract (95% Curcumin) 526 Mg
Artichoke Extract (Standardized To 2.5% Cynarins) 250 Mg
    Methylmethioninesulfonium Chloride(Vitamin U) 200 Mg
Green Tea Extract 95% 100 Mg
Soy Bean Concentrate Yielding 40 Mg Total Isoflavones 100 Mg
Guggul Gum Resin Extract (Standardized To 2.5% Gugulipid Guggulsterones Z & E) 100 Mg

Ginkgo Biloba Leaf 24% (50:1 Extract) 60 Mg
(What's the Ginkgo for? To help me remember to take all these stinking pills?? )

Dandelion Root Extract (4:1) 50 Mg
Hawthorne Berry Extract (4:1) 50 Mg
    Myricetin 30 Mg

And I have these following to on order, should be getting them this week:

Puritan's Pride Gugulipid Super Tabs will take 3 x a day which will equal 75 guggelstones. (thanks to Arizona over at the High Cholesterol board for telling me where to get these! )

    Endurance Products Pantethine
300 mg tablets- 3 tablets per day (again, thanks to Arizona for the heads up on Pantethine).

Thanks to anyone who takes the time to read this and answer. I really, really appreciate it!

PS. And no, I'm not like 100 years old, I'm a 39 year old female!
