Hi how high of blood pressure is too high? Im 20 and workout alot and just started taking no2 because it helps alot with gains. My blood pressure however has went up to 159 over 91. Im 20 5'10 165 pounds with 7 percent body fat is this healthy?

Yes your blood pressure is high. What concerns me though, is your bottom numbers. Whenever the bottom number is 90 or above there is a greater risk of stroke. And you are young. My son at age 20 had that and ended up in ER and they diagnosed him with Pericardia. He finally got over that, but still has high blood pressure. Keep checking it. Dr's usually allow free blood pressure checks. If not, local pharmacies give free blood pressure days where they will check your BP for free. Keep an eye on this ok?
