Kidney health

Hello. I was wondering if I have been damaging my kidneys and have not been noticing it. I take a hefy load of supplements to help fight off my hair loss. I take 1000-2000 mgs of Saw Palmetto and I drink lots and lots of green tea. Would any of these things be bad for my kidneys? Just the idea of highly concentrated amounts of things entering my body makes me always think about my kidneys going on overdrive to filter things

Re: Kidney health

The Green Tea will help to protect against oxidation of the kidneys. Also drinking lots of water can flush them out if your still concerned.I'd be more worried about kidney damage from high blood pressure as they are very sensative and easily damaged to that and most north americans have this problem....
