Question Taking more than one a day

I am taking the standard mens health formula once daily vitamins. I was just wondering if its ok to take more than one a day. I am taking them mainly for their vitamin E because I have stretch marks.

Thanks

Re: Taking more than one a day

I'd say no, because it would contain some vitamins and minerals that you could overdose on.

Re: Taking more than one a day

Although hard to repair stretch marks by supplements what you want to take is supplements that repair the collagen which supports the skin...which are high vitamin-C and Bioflavanoids also Pycnogenol enhances these.....

Re: Taking more than one a day

Probablyot dangerous, however, probably better to add extra vitamins E and C to your one a day regime, or change to one with high doses of E and C (twinlab daily two, for example)
