Good Multi-Vitamin

We all know there are a lot of multi-vitamins on the market, but does anybody know of some of the better ones? Or should I say some of the most effective.

Re: Good Multi-Vitamin

I have heard that some vitamins dont have what they claim. I join consumerlab they test out products to see if the vitamin has what they say.
Centrum passed, rainbow 1 a day for women passed and this is the one I been taking. I also like natureways no iron multi because it contains everything you need even greens but you need to eat 3.

Re: Good Multi-Vitamin

I just started taking ALIVE in the powder form. It mixes very well and tastes good. It's so inexpensive for what each serving contains.
