more than one a day?

I'm taking One A Day plus Energy vitamins, but I've actually been taking two a day. Is this too much? I mean, I figure they're called "One a Day" for a reason.
But the reason why I've been taking more than one is because I've been having trouble with Epstein-Barr flare-ups since I started taking Birth Control (because of the depleted vitamin B side effect), and once I started taking the vitamins twice a day, I feel much better- I don't feel like I'm faling asleep all day, and the swollen lymph nodes in my armpits have gone down.

So, is it okay to be taking extra, or should I maybe be taking one a day, and then a separate B Complex vitamin?

Re: more than one a day?

I would say that you should only be taking one multivitamin a day, if it states one a day, because there are a lot of vitamins and minerals in that supplement that could cause a lot of health issues if you take too much. Try buying a B complex, as you mentioned, and take it with your daily vitamin. The B vitamins are safe to take, because your body will eliminate any excess in your urine. Hope this helps.
