Is my vitamin making me less sleepy at night?

I'm taking Alive 3 times a day. One after breakfast, lunch, and dinner right before I go to bed. Is the last pill that I'm taking at night keeping me from falling asleep more faster. Are the B Vitamins giving me energy at night when I don't need them? If so, should I cut the doses of the vitamin or take them earlier before bed.

Yes, B vitamins are energizing. Try taking it earlier in the evening or just twice a day.
