Re: Which Vitamin B for severe fatigue?

The following are good for fatigue.
Zinc,Chromiun,Magnesium,Vitamin C,Vitamin B-COMPLEX,Vitamin A as CAROTENE.iron
Vitamin c and b, zinc, chromium, and magnesium are water soluble so they are constantly needing to be replaced.
Vitamin A is fat soluble therefore you can overdose on it.

Lack of B12 causes anaemia which is a condition in where the blood cannot carry enough oxygen to meet the body’s needs. It leaves you feeling tired or faint and getting breathless easily.

Lack of a B comples can cause one or more of the following
mental problems,heart palpitations,heart arrythmias,fibrillation,
indigestion,chronic fatigue,chronic exhaustion,paranoia, nervousness
ADD , inability to concentrate, irritability, thoughts of dying, easy agitation, frustrationinsomnia, restlessness, tinglin g in hands fingers and toes, rashes, crying spells, inability to cope, soreness all over along with alot more. if I post everything it will get deleted cause the mod will think I copied and pasted.

Re: Which Vitamin B for severe fatigue?

Jenteal, thanks so much. I do have iron defeciency anemia, but lately have felt overly tired, short of breath and a bit nauseous. Just very different than usual and I take ferrous sequel everyday. Funny you mention about crying spells, I have had those in the last week or so since my other symtoms have started.

Re: Which Vitamin B for severe fatigue?

Taking to much iron can make your belly a bit queasy. My blood is low and the doctor wrote a script out for Hemocyte Plus, It's for the treatment of iron deficiency anemia and folate deficiency. Deficiency can happen due to convalescence, menorrhagia, pregnancy, puberty, excessive blood loss, and advanced age. Also treats conditions in which iron deficiency and vitamin C deficiency occur together, and when deficient or increased need for B-Complex vitamins in chronic and acute illness, as well as cases of metabolic stress, and in convalescence.
