Suppliments to regenerate and calm nerves

What is a good suppl. for nerves, not to go to sleep, just to take the body down a a few notches. I keep getting sick and my body seems exhausted but frazzled. I want to help kick start it.

Unstress by MegaFood and Serenity by Gaia Herbs both help. Also, Calms Forte (can be found at walmart) is a homeopathic supplement for relaxation.
